I guess he thinks if he can put her "on" and "wear" her out, he will be able to turn her into another sexy Prince protegee. Wash, Rinse, Repeat.

The amount of ass licking going on over on Allo's fb is crazy, no one would batter an eyelid at her without her connection with Prince, and Andy is lapping it up because she’s young girl that wants that fame. It comes over as very naive and embarrassing to view IMO. Personally, I think Prince does a disservice to these female singers. If they're talented people worth paying attention to, he should showcase them without diminishing them with the taint of (creepy) romantic interest (because he's so much older).

If I were famous, I'd spend my time and energy on my art or talent, so that when people read about me or saw me or my photo they'd think to themselves "Her latest song/book/film/whatever was wonderful, I loved it! I'm looking forward to her next project!" and equate me with something lasting and meaningful to them...or at least something they found enjoyable and made them happy. Yep, that's what I'd love to do if I were famous.
