Maybe the best boot you ever heard?? Then, you haven't heard too many of them, I take it!! Cool, different set list, but there's NO way that's even close to being the best (sound quality or content). It's not soundboard, and it's not even one of those damn near perfect audience recordings either.

Sound quality is not soundboard but the level of energy and performance substitute for that smile

I think he is referring to the setlist not so much the quality of the boot...

Not sure about the whole show being that great, but I love the section from Guitar - Peach. Classic Prince for me.

I reeealllly don't like The Beautiful Ones though. His falsetto is getting all hoarse and crackly again.

am guessing you're talking about the second show at the North Sea Jazz. The OP was referring to the second show in De Melkweg smile

Yup, the Melkweg concert was outstanding with that setlist. I would have traded all the W2A concerts (well, except for one! LOL) that I went to, to have been present at that performance! smile

First 11 songs is heaven. I take back what I said about the jams being drawn out and not interesting. This set just needed to grow on me. Think I'll skip the Outsnading and Flash Light covers forever though.
