I was at the same Cleveland show.

I first saw you walking around the main corridor of the arena and, honestly, was like WTH? whofarted

But I totally had to give you props later. When Prince allowed a few guests up, women (and some men, too) rushed the stage, and security had to cherrypick just 4 or 5 people. I recall that Prince saw you and told security something like, "C'mon! You gotta let her up here dressed like that!" lol And when Prince passed the mike to let you sing, "Ain't no particular sign I'm more compatible with," I recall he shuttered at how good your voice was! I'm glad you got that moment to remember.

What did he say when you got on stage?

Don't suppose you picked up the May issue of Rolling Stone mag the next month when he was on the cover? Look towards the back of the article. "For a tumultuous run of songs at the end of the Cleveland show..." But no pic. That's all I'm looking for. No banter. Just a momento of one of the greatest moments of my life. Thanks.

In 2004, I didn't know who Prince was, let alone Rolling Stone! Regardless, I've got to give you props for wearing that to his concert. I would've never thought to use his symbol like that, it was clever lol

time flies.

So telling me 'GFY' might make you a 'hater' then.

I was only asking a question.

But since you started it, both these shitty dresses look like ass, and while you have a nice body your face is a different story.

It looks kind of spotty and definitely 'mannish.'

You should pick better friends. Anyone who lets you leave the house looking like that is not to be trusted.

How about just getting a sexy mini dress and put the symbol on it? It would look more polished than this not so flattering outfit. (Your symbol outfits kind of remind me of stripper wear.)

^^Now put a symbol on it and your set to go to the club.

Amazing how encouraging & how nasty some of these responses are... It's all about how one carries themself. This innovative piece covered more than most binkini's. Shoulders back, chin up with tights and a built in support from top to bottom. And it's the symbol! What more could I put on it? Plus it allowed me to fulfill a dream of singing and dancing with one of the most inspirational individuals I've ever known. Haters - get off my feed. Thanks to all the positivie folks out there. I DO realize this is the Org and I'm proud to be a part of it.

Hey Girl! I remember seeing you going up on stage. Wow you were so excited I remember thinking "she's got legs and nerve." How could you not get invited on stage with that number on?

wave What a concert that was.

this one is better than the black one.. and as i said in the other thread, you are pretty. but this dress is a no-no. i think what kewlschool suggested is a much better idea.

I think one of the points of the outfit IS the exposed skin. I argue that it's unflatering.

except that probably wouldn't have gotten her invited on stage. The purple dress stood out, was easy to spot from the stage, and looked great on her.

I remember back in the 80s more people wore princeish outfits to the concerts, some of which were pretty daring. If you can't have some fun and be a bit daring at a prince concert, when can you do it? As far as I'm concerned, more people should have her courage to wear something like and have a little fun.

youre right, its very noticeable. im sure that was the point of it, other than to obviously rep prince. but shes asking for opinions on how good she looks in it, not how noticeable she is. lady gaga is more noticeable at a quick glance than pretty much any other celeb because of her outfits... but most of them look awful.

if you or anybody else (honestly, not just because its revealing) thinks her outfit looks nice.. then go ahead lol

No, you weren't. If that were the case, the thread would have been titled, "Did anyone see me onstage - and take a picture?"

Instead, you titled - not one, but two threads - in the vein of "Do you like my dress?"

You got what you asked for. shrug

You see, this is what any Prince messageboard should be about - exhibitionist females and blatant sex-pesting by the males......... lol

It would reflect the whole point of Prince's music.
