Just watched Prince be given the honor of Charter Member No. 1 in 1986

His speech BLEW me away -- never have I seen prince so sincere, charming, authentic, personable and gracious. WOW. This must've really been special to him - or he was just in a good mood. He even wore a traditional suit to the event.

He mentioned the "Dream Factor" of Los Angeles. Which makes me think - wast hat his inspiration?
