First of all, at the 12/18 concert at MSG in NYC, Prince personally showed love to Sherri Sheppard and invited her up on stage to dance with him and she did. He also said during a radio interview that Sherri has always showed love to him and the NPG band. It seems from your posting on this, that you want it to be "truth" that Prince dislikes Black women, because of what you saw him do jokingly on the View with Sherri. On stage on 12/18, he jokingly pretended to run again, and said he was just kidding, when he namechecked her and called her on stage to dance with him.

I said months ago when I saw them together he was hitting that for sure...I could feel the fire between them from the audience! Now he is seen out with here...which is no surprise to me. I find it ridiculous how people make a big fuss about Prince supposedly not dating women with a darker skin complexion. First of all, his own skin complexion is not the darkest to begin with, so why would he bow down to that kind of social pressure or expectations (or even accusations) from his peer group? Some people have a certain type they like, and some people don´t, and there´s nothing wrong with that as long as people don´t turn it into some kind of fetish where they look down upon their own ethnic group, and I don´t see any hint of that when it comes to Prince (except maybe for a few instances in the early to mid 80s, but even those are debatable).

Most of his girlfriends rather looked a bit like him when it comes to skin tone, not like a typical "white" woman (whatever that is supposed to mean).
