When Doves Cry It's the Prince song I heard back in 1984 when I was in high school that really turned me on to Prince's music and made me a fan for life! What makes it cooler then was nobody in my high school dig his music as much as I did. Even after all these years, whenever I hear When Doves Cry, I get excited. It was avant garde then, and it still is 26 years later! (I can't believe I've been a Prince fan that long!) "Just like the sun, the Rainbow Children rise."
