FACTS vs fantasy.

How about this for FACT...you are like the anti-Viagra! You are the org's version of Debbie Downer. You are that one small, dark rain cloud on an otherwise beautiful sunny day! For F*cks sake, you need a hug, man! Lighten up Holmes. You are making Lil' Strike soften up...rolleyes

I second that. lol

if u gave Prince a crystal ball to see his future back in 1984... he would'nt believe his eyes and ears... The prince of back then was in your face but in a cool nasty way.. he would sing songs of lust, sex, god,spirituality,... all rolled up into one... Prince would keep u off balance to what phase he would've go into next... The man was a musical chamelion.....

Prince used to "set ur mind free"...

The prince of today changes the lyrics to his old songs... It's like a paintist going back to ruin a masterpiece which should never be touched... I miss the dirty mind era....... Prince was like fuck this.. which resulted in a garage rock/newwave... groundbreaking sound.............

The 26 year old Prince would see that crystal ball and say"what i regret what drives me creatively.....don't curse"fuck that!'.................

I can't believe the prince of 1984 has turned into today's hyprocrit........... But saying all of that.. i'm always going to be a fan of his............ it's just frustrating being a fan at times... what does the prince family on here think about all of this?

I actually agree, I love how he talks about God as a believer in God and the majority of christianity I respect even if i dont always agree with what JW preach, but I feel hes slighly brainwashed? Dont get me wrong If it makes him a better person then yes, but I wish he wouldnt feel so guilty about the way most of his music was, Im all for growth, but there seems to be a full on change and shame.

I loved the way he spoke of sex(making love) but in such a deep profound way. But his soul was there and still is.

He seems like the type of person who will now frown if "ass" happens to slip out of your mouth such as the show was "kickass" lool.

Get loose Prince lool we know you love God so why do some/most (or just me) feel disconnected from what you have to say, and your new music, as if your heart is only half there.

Yes it does get frustrating because I wish I could defend everything about him, cant at times.

Love how you put it rusty, prince family ..aw

Furthermore, I think you'd find anyone laughing harder in 2010 when they look back at a pic of themselves in 1984! lol

To the OP - a lot of people have a "fuck you" attitude when they're in their teens and 20s - most people lose that edge as they grow older. There are lots of reasons for this, but it will all come to you too wink

lol Good point. You are so right. When I see footage of movies and videos back in the 80s, with the big hair, the 3/4 sleev jackets, high-waist pants, baggy jeans, gawdy costume jewelry, the first thing I ask is what the heck was up with the fashion back then? lol Even when I watch the Soul Train vids, I'm laughing at some of the same from back then. lol
