What are the top myths about Prince would you say? There have been so many outrageous things said and written about him and some maybe true but many I am sure are not.

The 'rib removed' one probably.

The one where he supposedly was dating Mani while still married to Mayte.

That "Purple Rain" was his true life story.

Well here are some I have read

when he was a teenager he decorated his room with mirrors and rabbit fur
he proposed to Susannah in a club in Beveley Hills called Tramps
he bought Sheena Easton a $1.4 m lovenest in Paris
the $12,000 Easter hunt he did for his entourage while in the UK in a country mansion
he once flew a woman from USA to UK to do his ironing
he travels with 2 massive trunks full of cometics and skin lotions
he only uses underwear once

I am sure most of these are myths or stories made up to sell tabloids

I think the biggest myths surrounding Prince that I've heard (outside of the AIDS, Ribs, Devil worshiping ones) are the ones he creates himself.


Examples:

1. The symbok, , came to him in a dream.

2. He's got two people inside of him, and the sex of one of them is not yet determined.

3. He's getting 'closer to the truth'... I mean, what does that even mean? ... Is that code for chemtrails?




Although he's said several times that he's just like anyone else and that he's just a normal guy, his actions prove he really is still trying to build a mystery for himself. It's as if he so afraid that if we find out he's just an insecure awkward man, we'll all turn our backs on him. No, no no! We turn our backs on him for being an asshole--not for that other stuff!
