He plays "Im Yours" before this.

Its been 14 years that I no of,he did not perform this song.

I seem to remember the very briefest snippet of it at the O2. Too many hits but he couldn't play the only number 1 song he had in the country in which he was performing.

he hasnt performed it in full since 1998, the tail end of the jam of the year tour.

he has done it on the piano since then tough

I sometimes wonder if it just reminds him of Mayte too much. But the other part of me thinks "If he can perform the other girlfriend songs, why not that one? Surely he's mature enough. He just performed 'I Love U But I Don't Trust U Anymore' at the Montreaux Jazz Festival."

He played acoustic versions of the song on the Musicology tour which is pretty recent, 2004. I think he just goes through moods of playing his material. He did playing The Love We Make from EMANCIPATION recently at the Paris show I think. I, as well as many here, pretty much think EMANCIPATION was a Mayte-Tribute album, well the majority of it (since its mostly love songs).

The song is beautiful...It gives me the same feeling that Stevie Wonder's, "Isn't She Lovely," does.

Prince may have written the song for Mayte, and sorry if Prince's heart got broken.

Songs like this reach out for the girl in every woman.

Maybe it's because of the plagiarism lawsuit.

Mayb it doesn't translate well live. Who knows. I'm glad he doesn't tho, there's so many more entertaining songs than that 1. I always thought it was the weakest link on TGE.

yeh he played a bit of it at the last 02 show,during the encore, but unfortunately it was the point when one of the glow sticks getting thrown onstage hit his chair, he hit a bum note and called time on it !

2 be honest even when he played it live evrynight on the gold tour, it never really came over that well live in my opinion.
