you mean why he wears high heels again? because he wants to? makes him feel more confident perhaps? I'm not a physician or so. Can you strength all you needed muscles again after a hip injury? Would that be wise? What's the other option, that small three weel chart? I think he looks good on those flat shoes. I'm 5.7 so don't need to wear heels & don't otherwise I feel I tower above others  But damn I couldn't even walk in those shoes if I tried. It's an art
Prince has a name for himself so he's entitled to wear heels if it makes him feel better. While he was blessed with many things height was not one of them.
