 Yeah, it's probably not his fav color, but I think there's a symbolism attached to the choice of purple... ANDROGINY, from his early 80s days... U know, purple is supposed to be a mix of blue and pink... So "blue" usually defines boys and "pink", girls... So the mix both leads to "half boy half girl"= purple... i think i heard many years ago on mtv or something that his fave color was canary yellow.
