Top Minneapolis sound basslines?

Which 5 to 10 tracks by P or P-related acts have the funkiest, thumpiest basslines?

First one comes to mind in 777-9311. YOu could strip away all the other instruments and I could just listen to this bass line for 20 minutes.

Erotic City

Nasty Girl

1+1+1 is 3

Oh WOW.

The one thing I'd like back in Prince's music.

His style was unique... and all them Grace notes. Spicy Grease, no doubt.

"Let's Work"
"777-9311"
"Head"
"DMSR"
"Sexy Dancer"

.

All that are mentioned already of course but If A Girl Answers (Dont Hang Up) is very underrated.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned "La La La, He He Hee", and "Pop Life". I'll also add "777-9311", "Housequake", "Exodus", "Now", "Days of Wild".

More than once. Wasn't him on bass during this song almost a staple during the Jam of the Year tour?

I forgot one. "What Have You Done For Me Lately?" INFECTIOUS, and apparently so good, Prince decided to cover it himself on the Nude Tour.
