i appreciate your interest in sparking dialogue but the song is whatever YOU think it is. don't have need of these clowns (i mean fellow "fam-ers") to co-sign what YOU think or their disagreement to sway or curb your enthusiasm for what YOU like. THEN you'll be a TRUE Prince fan. not one who has to like EVERYTHING he does, but an INDEPENDENT thinker regardless

Slammin song but the rap part in the middle ruins it a bit. He should have used an instrumental part....it would have made the song timeless.

Has anyone here ever heard the acoustic version ? He played it at Paisley Park but I never got to hear it.
