I'm late posting to this. I was a Jehovah's Witness back up until 1984ish (Yes around the time Purple Rain came out). Whether or not this song is about anal sex is irrelevent. Just the lyrics themselves would be VERY questionable by JW standards as far as I remember. Of course it's been 20 plus years so they may have "opened" up some LOL! The celebrity does not necessarily have eat their brand of cereal in order for such advertising to have an impact on the public especially the fans.
