The Max - why I hate it

Im sure peeps here will relate to this...Dont get me wrong, this track is fonky...
But its totally ruined by the way it ends. Prince ends the song and makes it sound like a jingle for a hambuger ad. Pity. Cos it sure be fonky fonky fonky

Giv it another spin... it feels like coitus interruptus. Song needed an extended fonky outro but suddenly ends sounding like a MacDonalds commercial

the piano riff is the same in the bridge of the song as it is at the end. is this what ur referring 2?

The end music is the same as it is throughout. It is just repetitious and it ends abruptly. If it is an ad for anything it'd be Pepsi Max.

Owww, Prince saying the title of the song as an end is lame? It never bothered me much.

I played this at my party last week and funnily enough it got all the people dancing... din't play it all the way through to the end tho, it just ruins it for me

Going to the Max can be an excellent McDonalds commercial...After all they are into the farm animals, as well as the Farmer's crops....I wouldn't use McDonalds...as a negative term, They own the Golden Arches...as well as being the first fast food chain to do something about calorie counting for their customers...and going onto providing salads....I am curious that if you did love the ending of "The Max..." what restaurant would you choose to reinforce your comment?
