Wendy & Lisa grew up together as friends. The whole thing about them being lesbians as a couple is FALSE - Girl Bros. Wendy may be bi-sexual, I know she has dated men over the years. I do not know about Lisa's sexuality but they are not a 'couple'.

This is something that has also crossed my mind...
My clue though, was the way Wendy was always dressed in outfits that were always similar to the Prince costumes. I wondered if Prince was fulfilling some sort of sexual fantasy here.
I'm not so sure about susannah being a substitute though
