I reversed it and it turns out to be some incohernet mumbling, shouting ANNNNND, what is most interesting, some vocalisations by Prince, singing Dance Electric and an unknown rendition of a few lines of The Dance Electric, (When your youth is gone, when it comes 2 dawn
A light of truth will shine baby will fall) sung by what seems a female gospel voice.

Is anything known about who this is?

The b-side to America; Girl, at the end of the song has backwards stuff going on; which is Wendy’s voice reciting lines from the song, but stating ‘Boy’ instead of ‘Girl’.

And what was wrong with Around The World In A Day? Lisa's brother wrote the song and it is either on the album or demo version that has him reciting a poem backwards.

You can hear these background vocals on the Prince & The Revolution Live VHS or laserdisc. The vocals you hear are from the studio recording of "The Dance Electric". It is Wendy & Lisa singing some of the the same lines that appeared in the version released by Andre Cymone, perhaps even the actual vocal tracks isolated. Also, "Boy", the backwards singing on the song "Girl" was sung by Susannah Melvoin - not Wendy.
