I saw Purple Rain at the 'Hark to Towler' pub in Tottington,Bury,Gtr Manchester a few months ago.

Ok, its hardly the most prestigious of venues but i was seriously impressed with the band. The band are a 6 piece with a Wendy&Lisa duo on backing vocals and guitars. A Dr Fink wannabe on the keys with the mask and everything!!. As for the guy as Prince, he dresses up in all the Purple Rain gear (surprisingly) and really knows how to work the crowd. Great voice and superb guitar skills. The setlist did everything from Head to TMBGITW.

If you get a chance, go and see them. It was a top night where i drank far too much and attempted in vain to pull Lisa who is really attractive!!

Enjoy
