i don't think he seriously wants his songs downloaded for free, unless you go to limewire where he has no control over the freebies or you live in london

That site doesn't indicate it's "official" and I doubt if fans would take the chance of putting those songs on their pages, especially when the album just came out. Not to mention on Prince's "official" myspace page it specifically states that any other Prince (myspace) profile page other than theirs, claiming to be a Prince profile page, is false and misleading..I'm just sayin'...

Shelby, Mike Phillips, Greg Boyer & Kip Blackshire are now on the page. So either they've been fooled too, or it really is the new page.


btw...I'm not saying it Prince's personal page, but it might be the official music page for him.

{HQ is reporting that NPG confirmed this is not a valid page, so maybe whoever does the pages for those I listed above didn't know either. Or...whoever HQ talked to didn't know about it yet.}

They keep updating the page with new songs from Planet Earth. Thats cool, atleast we can have these songs on our pages for others to here and maybe they'll buy the album based off what they hear.

I just noticed this on the page today, not sure if I missed it before or if it's a new addition:

I don't know what they mean by 'sole affiliation' but if it hasn't been approved by Prince's people, why hasn't it been taken down since it's streaming music?

more than likely its a promotinal page by a fan who wants to help prince out by sharing his music online in areas, where ppl can listen to the new songs and either add them to their pages or go pick up the album. I think its kinda neat they even have all the dates listes for the london shows.
