Prince star on the walk of fame Now we all know that Prince is yet to get a walk of fame star. & we all know he deserves one. I was wonders has there been anything done in the past few years about it? | |

I am surprised a fan group didn't organize for a Star after all these years.
It costs $15,000 (USA) and permission of Prince's management to authorize the "honor". If Prince doesnt give permission - it won't happen.

You know I always thought that Prince agreeing to this would be the biggest obstacle to it ever happening, but the other day I dragged out my old ass copy of NPG's official magazine, and they were encouraging fans to support a star for Prince.
Now that doesn't mean that Prince himself had anything substantive to do with that magazine, but it's interesting that at one time somebody at Paisley thought it was a good idea. | |
