Phaedra Ellis- Lamkins Petition & Carver County Interesting to note the records available via Carver County for public access/right to know wherein the facts are clearly documented regarding one Phaedra Ellis-Lamkins attempt to petition & demand full access to the decedents (Prince) private affairs, personal documents, finances and his ENTIRE estate plus compensation. Google the name of petitioner, Phaedra Ellis-Lamkins & Carver County and the documents are right there. Everything is revealed in time. Actions speak louder than words. God is good. Let there be Light.

The way I read this, Phaedra Ellis-Lamkins was attempting to ascertain that she had been legally removed from her role as "member" and manager of NPG Music Publishing "to ensure she did not face potential liability for the actions of the Special Administrator on behalf of NPG Music." I read nothing to suggest the OP's claim that she demanded "full access to the decedents (Prince) private affairs, personal documents, finances and his ENTIRE estate."

Okay, I'm scratching my head with this one. . This needs to go on the Estate thread.

Actually, I'm glad the OP started this thread because Phaedra's name is taking quite a beating these days, especially since Debra Johnson's interview was made public. It should be known that Phaedra was seeking to make sure that her name was removed as manager of NPG Records. Now, why she ever held that role, to begin with, is another question, altogether; however, assuming Prince was of sound mind, he must have approved that arrangement. That Estate thread is so long and unwieldy that it is very time-consuming to navigate and follow.
