No meltedman isn't trying to involve her in it, she was never taken off of it, as far as we know at this point.

He does not know anything more then we do and like I said with the amount of fraud that occured. She needs to walk away and let Omarr deal with it. She is not a widow.

She NEVER talked about his feelings, you didn't read the book right? So you don't know shit about it. How could she talk about his feelings if he never talked about it? The only thing she said was: "I don't think he got over it, no one can." Something like that. And isn't it common sense to think exactly that? I mean, he lost his son, it's not the natural order to survive the child, it's a trauma. And if you don't talk about it like he did, how can you ever cope with it?

This is my point "I don't think he got over it, no one can" She has no idea what he got over. What would make her assume that her never talked about it. He may have discussed it with his pastor or Larry Graham or the lord. He was a man of faith I am sure he prayed on it and that is how he coped.

She had no idea and you did not address what I said early about her bringing up his health issues.

He never talked about private stuff in the public and she had no reason to discuss his health issues or make assumptions about how he felt about their child.

And what exactly is so terrible about it if she says she thinks he never got over it? What the hell is the problem with that? She loved the man, if you love someone, you try to understand them. She tried to make sense of it, she tries to understand him. And she wants to understand why it didn't work in the end. Because she didn't want the divorce. So I guess she tried to understand his whole behaviour after that, and that's okay. She did nothing wrong with stating that and she didn't harm him or his legacy.

She cannot figure out after 20 years that he was a womanizer and a serial cheater. He did not want to be with one women. It is not that hard to figure out and writting a book will not help her understand anything.

This is my last comment on this. He was a private person she should have respected his wishes and you know how the media twisted the whole age thing practically calling him a pedo. I do not think that is good for his legacy. You can goggle and pull stuff up now and forever because of her foolishness. Fortunatly, I do not think anyone in the mainstream media is really interested in what she had to say

It was not her fault that the press twisted things and it wasn't her intention. She defended him in that matter, so what do you want?

And yes he was a womanizer but he still loved her very much, It's funny, he proposed to Susannah, to Sheila but he married only Mayte. So he really must've loved her.

Actually the attorneys are saying that her name was on the last docs that they have. Many docs are missing so they do not know if she was removed as a director. Pat Cousins has 70 boxes of legal docs that the lawyers did not have access to at the time. So her name could have been removed. Due to all the stealing conducted by Mr.Cousins she had better hope that her name was removed from those docs.

That was in 2016. The whole matter has been settle at this point. Her name was never removed from the foundation. Her friend confirmed this a few pages back.

So what's the fingerpointing at Mani then? If she is going to put this under IAPW but it actually belonged to Mayte, then it sounds like they both had this in mind.

I see you’re a little slow. They both didn’t have anything in mind. One woman is going after something she has no rights to. The other woman recently discovered Prince left her in charge of something they’d formed together years ago.
[Edited 1/23/18 4:30am]

You want to hold on to this without further thought. Mani is the one person's name in all of this that is running a successful charity. She was one of the last people involved with L4OA she would have known Mayte name was all over it long after Mayte left. So either Mayte is completely ditzy and doesn't keep up with things in her name or she's part of what's been happening since April. 21, 2016

mayte probably didn't even find this out until they opened her divorce records.

Go back and read what it said the court docs. The attorney have no idea if changes were made because of the 70 missing boxes of legal papers that PC had. I bet PC walked off the job and never took her name off or just misplaced all documentation. It helps cover up what he was doing since they will not be able to tell when he was dismissed as a manger.

You do know that Kirk's name is on the last tax forms as the manager.

It still means nothing since the charity was not active. She is not going to get anything out of it financial as the director it was a non-profit. She will not be getting any land. This is the reason I bring up widow. She is not one and therefore is going to get nothing. What other reason do you think she would even inquire about this? If her name was on their it was a fuck up by PC. Remember he was the first lawyer that handled the divorce and if he was a decent attorney he would have had her name removed from everything to stop any claims from her. He was a joke of an attorney.

Yes, that is what I said previously, about those 70 boxes if they have even been turned over. Nobody is saying that she will get anything out of it. The way those court documents read, is that comerica are the ones that discovered this.

See, you are fast to lay blame, but again the way I read it in the court documents is that it was just discovered, not that Mayte requested anything. lol I'm sure she is just a surprised as the rest of us are.

Apparently, she did know how he felt about his son’s death. You act as if you know more than she does but you haven’t held a conversation with Prince. By the way, he did publicly mention his son. He said it was the most traumatic thing that even happened to him. He said that in early 1997. He talked about a lot of private things in public during his time with Mayte. He said a lot. She didn’t discuss his health issue but probably knows far more than you do but hear you are discussing his son, his ex-wife and his health issues by someone you never met and don’t know anything about. She also never made any assumptions about his health.

Sigh, Comerica has an obligation to get back the stolen property. Prince paid property taxes on the property that belonged to LFOA. It makes the property an actual creditor.

Do you think it makes sense that millions of dollars of property taxes and expense of refurbising the building should be thrown away?

PC did not own the charity and may have been removed as the manager and even if he was not removed it still does not get him ownership to sell the property to himself. If he lied on any real estate documents he could be looking at Fed time. Not to mention bank and wire fraud for transfering the 8 million. How about tax laws they may have been violated since this was a non-profit venture and PC profited handsomely.

Comerica has a fiduciary duty to straighten this out. They would also have a duty to look into whatever else PC might have doing with the charity when he was a manager and other business mattesr he handled for Prince.

Even the disbursement we saw to Smitty Boykins ( Eric's touring company) and Rhonda Smith are strange. The touring company is a for profit business and Rhonda is a person.

Was the non-profit giving out loans? Who was handling the money?

Mani's being accused of being in the wrong for stealing something from Prince but it actually belonged to Mayte this whole time, including the entire time Mani was an "employee", even as an employee she'd know who actually was in charge of it of the foundation because this is what she specializes in. So, if this belongs to Mayte because it's one of the things that Prince let her have then Mani didn't steal a thing from Prince. Now it's a matter if Mayte is on top of her game or not. If she's not on top of it then Mani is swiping another thing out from underneath Mayte's nose, again OR Mayte is on her game and is agreeing to everything that's taking place with what belongs to her. Hence throwing her name in the middle of this with zero context don't look good at the moment.

The State of CA can find your butt if you aren't hiding. And we are talking Federal issues. Now there is a lot of disorganization in many areas but saying the gov can't keep track of fairly famous folks is pushing it.

You’re jumping to all kind of conclusions.

No more than anyone else around here. I'm in good company.

I don't know why it's so hard to understand, that this has probably taken Mayte by surprise just like it's taken us by surprise. My guess is, she didn't know she was still on any paperwork, until comerica told her. She probably thought everything was taken care of in the divorce.

You mean she never received one noticed regarding taxes or anything in all this time with all kinds of people doing as they wish with something under her name? She doesn't keep up with her things well. The urn, her foundation.

All the notices go to the attorney of record.

So the attorney is shady and never informed her of a thing. And these folks have been doing all kinds of thing under her name. So, what is she going to do about it?

Not if her address was still listed at PP. lol

The State of CA can find your butt if you aren't hiding. And we are talking Federal issues. Now there is a lot of disorganization in many areas but saying the gov can't keep track of fairly famous folks is pushing it. They arent going to handle your business for you but they damned sure know how to find you.

WTH is your problem? Did you see the laughing face behind my post? Sheesh calm down. It's a defunct charity isn't it?

So explain what's going on if you know? Or start in on the poor Mayte spiel again. Or sit there where I can't even see you laughing to yourself.

No, I am not I will re-post the tax form that showed disbursments from 2007. The rest is in the court docs. We do have laws in the country concerning fraud including Real Estate, Tax and bank fraud.

I just love all the INACCURATE assumpions being made by a certain someone on this topic. All is good at this time...nobody is going to jail for anything. Things are being handled and just because you dont hear of it doesn’t mean it isnt happening. I am not at liberty to go into anything at this time. But very soon you will all know what’s going on, and it will be a beautiful thing.
