I know I was going to write about this the other day. He has definitely turned her into a diva with all the makeup and sexier clothes. I remember watching her on G4TV/ performing live and all she wore were like tanks and jeans with a little makeup. Now all she wears is designer clothes and mostly has a full-face of makeup on. In some of her pics on fcbk she does have less makeup and to me those are the prettiest. I miss the old Andy in many ways. Although I like that she is still goofy and seems to be down to earth. I also agree that he must have her sprung to change her entire persona and style of music! I think she's definitely in love with the man just from the way her eyes light up or her voice changes when she talks about him! I'm sure for him it's just another conquest

People Pleaser with Maceo on it? That could be good... Because of Maceo. But usually when you hear tracks live before the record is out, the cd version will be disappointing. It's been like that since hearing The Question of U live before the album was out. But anyway, let's hear it first... It's Andy Allo we're talking about, so my expectations are not high. But that could be a good thing....

My understanding is that he is the executive producer of the album and that he cowrote 3 of the 9 songs. So yea he produced the entire album and probably co-wrote/advised most of the songs. However, Andy always wrote/produced her own material prior to becoming a protege.

perhaps if you didn't roll your eyes at everything instead of being in on the discussion in a real way and declare everyhing a "masterpiece" at every turn it would not seem you are wrapped up in your own purple world . I'm glad someone here admits that they get where I'm coming from..Prince has always in the past put other names on his "MasterPieces" that he freely gave to others.But now I've noticed that he is trying to let people know that he wrote all those classic songs by per4rming them live more often(The Time,Sinead,Chaka,Sheila). I think he is just trying to give Andy more credit than she actually did, to make her more relevant.

But my Princely ears will be glued to the speakers to hear every cut on that project for that undeniable famous Prince sound to verify it..

Prince is a cheap ass who doesn't want to pay for stuff that a professional musician SHOULD pay for (like a functioning WEBSITE) so he gets people like Funkenberry who will do it for free in exchange for the occassional mediocre rehearsal from Prince's current mediocre live band that he can post "Xclusively" on his website.
