What do u all think of the Prince music on the site? Some unreleased stuff on there - taken no doubt from you tube (kinda funny really!!)

- If it was only about 20Ten, I wouldnt care at all (one of his weakest CDs). I was only commenting that Prince doesnt seem to be taking his CDs seriously recently in terms of distribution. Ok, CDs are considered something ´old´ and people buy MP3 at ITunes Store, but I am old school. I like to buy a Cd, with booklet, good quality, etc. [Edited 7/4/12 9:05am] |

Btw, I am not a hater. I love Prince. Love his music and I am thankful for all the music he gave us. I just commented on the distribution thing. I´d rather wait a little more to get a GREAT CD with very good artwork, lyrics and music than having some average stuff given away with newspapers. |

I'm not a hater either. I've been a fan over half my life. I've spent loads on Prince's music. I listen to him more than anyone else. I just know when his music is deserving of praise or not. He's capable of far more than his recent lacklustre internet releases is all. He's not trying though. | |

and I'm just commenting on the frustration of not being able to legally buy music that I keep reading orgers reviews on.
Like Red headed stepchild, kept woman, and Sunday in the park by Tamar.
I would love to hear this music, especially since some of these songs were recorded by Bria and some have stated that Tamar's version is better.
Well I would like to be able to judge for myself. But I have never heard these versions.
The first post that I was replying to asked if we would buy the new CD, steal it, etc.
My response was honest. Not all of Prince's new music is available for purchase.

Instead of releasing some singles or more snippets at least she's writing cryptic messages on facebook and posting random pics (which I'm sure is Prince's doing) and asking what people think about the compulsory license law (although she took that down now).
