I just watched this and I cannot say enough how much I LOVE Sheila E. The relationship she has with her father is simply beautiful. I don't know what went down with Prince and Sheila as a couple, but he is a FOOL for letting her "get away." If he was going to marry anyone, it should have been her. It would have made him a better man on a personal level because she is a REAL woman, not a lap dog. However, he probably knew he wouldn't do right by her because he wasn't ready, so things turned out the way they were supposed to.

Watching this interview was great. You can see the obvious love Sheila and "Pops" Escovedo have for music in all it's forms and how they want to spread that love. I wish nothing but the best for them in their charitable efforts and hope they're able to continue making fantastic music for as long as they choose to do so.

It was a great and refreshing interview. They are musicians to the bone. Pops is a sweet man and Sheila has never looked more beautiful. What a beautiful relationship.

As a Sheila fan since the begining, I'm sometimes frustrated with the usual "how does it feel being a female drummer in a man's world" questions. At least Sheila was given a bit more time here to elaborate and fill in a couple blanks. Nice one Tavis.

Wonderful Interview. Love the fact, they were given the entire half hour to go more in depth.

I love me some Sheila but just can't stand Tavis enough to care.

She is a strong woman, Prince doesn't like strong women. He has to control them.
