Love the website!!!!! Can't wait for all the goodies coming to the fams!!!!

This was the first time I had heard 'Screwdriver'. The song is rocking, fast paced, and Prince'ly. The only thing missing is that screeching falsetto that gave rock tracks like 'Bambi' their edge. Just a taste of that high pitch and the song would be an instant classic. But it is pretty badass on its own. Bravo, oh purple one!!!!

That's a perfectly understandable point of view, but it's also a little unfair to write off something before it has happened.

The web site is not much so far, but it is a work in progress. I could not write it off yet, as it IS actually happening at least. What it becomes remains to be seen

There are only a couple of people on here saying that these latest songs are masterpieces and one of those say it as a joke, so your evaluation of the site falls flat. Most people, as myself are quite aware that these latest songs are far from the brilliance of his 80's output, but we still get enjoyment out of listening to them, what can be wrong with that? I will say if I don't like a song, but I don't start f'ing and blinding like some deranged scorned maniac. That is the kind of post that annoys me, I just wonder why someone would be so bitter about a bloody pop star!

It's remarkable, you come to present day prince.org and find people that like present day Prince music. What did you honestly expect? Most people that haven't liked Prince music since the 90's have many better things to do than to keep actively posting on a subject that hasn't interested them in 20+ years.

Great to have you here though and look forward to the many threads you start to discuss his back catalogue. Always good to have some interesting and intelligent discussion on the huge body of work. Unless of course you've only come to hate on the current stuff in which case don't let the door hit you on the way out.
