hmmm, maybe...so ok, all the video content would fit onto a dvd easily (the bitrate is no where near DVD quality)...so maybe if a 'packaged DVD is $15 - bearing in mind its not on a dvd, its not packaged, it isn't DVD quality - and we can't watch it any old time unless we r hooked up to the internet...so I'll be generous and give the videos so far a value of $8.....

I shouldn't count the t-shirt - its 'free'...but once again I'm feeling generous...it can't be easy being Prince, a month's rent alone for him is probably more than I earn in a year.... I've seen better quality t-shirts for $5.00...but lets say we pay $5 for that t-shirt (hell its costing me more for shipping LOL)

so that makes $50 left over.....

in 2001 that would have been 6 months of ahdio shows
in 2002, that would be about 2.5 cds (5 cds cost us $100)...
in 2003 $25 got us a packaged CD (NEWS) a full cd to download (Expectation) and an EP to download(C-NOTE)

6 months can be a long time in 'Prince-time' though...we'll see what happens....

but so far, so not pleased....

I FINALLY got mine yesterday.
The cotton is pretty soft, but I'm not pleased with the "decal" or iron-on quality of the design. The front design is the cover of the Lotusflow3r cd and it's not that big in size.
The founding member lettering on the back is comprised of the same cheap iron-on material and it's hig-up neck the neck of the shirt.
For $77.00 per year, he could have done better than this.
I won't be renewing my membership next year. It hasn't proven worthy thus far.

Personally, I like to think of Prince ironing on all the decals for the shirts first (in my fantasy, he's wearing the same doo-rag that Morris wore while vacuuming in Purple Rain). Only then does he hand the goods off to Bria to mail, thus explaining why one random person a month gets a T-shirt, apparently.
