So it doesn't work at all with the credit cards...

One guy couldn't sign up with a master card, then tried an amex and suddenly it worked...

so no master cards accepted???

My downloads are finally working and I'm getting good, complete zip files. After they finish, I'm right-clicking and then extracting to a new folder. The extracted files are then in another sub-folder.

Thanks for the tip on going full-screen on the videos, I'll try that after my downloads all finish.

I think the site was hammered and things are hopefully smoothing out.

Oh yeah, one other change I noticed after I restarted my browser once. I accidentally clicked on the account icon and it said something about checking back for more tickets. I don't know if it's the 'default message' for shows in the future or maybe they pulled the ticket sales until the site settled down and bugs get worked out.

I get the old look site with a orb at the top. Tried clicking on it and nothing happens. Any ideas?

Am on a mac have tried it in firefox and safari.

I've just downloaded the Bria wav files (428MB total) don't seem to be able to get to the equivalent download area for lotusflow3r or mplsound.

I renamed the file (mistake?) to a zip and tried to extract all but it says there are "no files to extract".

I'll work it out I'm sure but this is not exactly intuitive for the novice...

The videos do still suck and are not in synch with the music... but at least in full screen you can listen without the audio skipping a ton.

Yeah I know, that speeds them up a little but still not the correct speed. I'll put it down to traffic cos I have a pretty good broadband connection. Thanks.

I've found the other download areas (petals and strings, petals and strings).

So can anyone please explain step by step, know how to extract the wav files once you have downloaded it. I've tried renaimg the "download_gp" file to have .zip on the end, and i've also tried leaving it exactly as downloaded "download_gp" neitehr way will extract them confused

corrupted downloads: here is the trick
on eacht world, download the wav files

after download to your fancy computer

rename extention into *.rar & extract this file,
rename extracted file into *.zip & extract again

the goodies are there for the taking !

btw I tried the logging in thing and it would not work. Tried my email too same thing. So I went and clicked on the ticket on the ground and typed in 1986 in small box and los angeles in bigger box. I was then able to access site and create my account. woot!

Did not have to d/l firefox, etc.

Now I will have to see if I can log on after going through the pains of setting up my account. hmmm

I am from Australia and I tried 5 times to enter my credit card info and kept getting the "we can not validate your credit card...please check your details..." I then gave up only to get a phone call from my credit card company checking if I knew of FIVE US$77 transactions!!!!!

They said that I should contact the vendor and get the excess transactions reversed...how the hell do I do that when I can not even log on to the site with the username and password that I entered when they were taking my money???
The years have been kind to me..............................it's the weekends that have done the damage!

type in your mail and screenname so they send you your password again
it might be a few letters shorter than what you typed in.

i typed in let's say lotusflower and there was only enough room for
lotusflo, so that is now my password.

do you mean the screenname you signed up with TODAY or the one you
used for the email updates?

because everyone has to sign up again TODAY with a new name and a
new password.

sorry if you already wrote that you did that but i haven't read
the entire thread, my head is already spinning, lol. but perhaps
that might be why it's not working. a lot of people tried to log
on with the previous name and password they already got when the
site just had the ticket the past few months.

it's confusing, i tried that too before i realised you have to
just sign up from scratch today.

You did it! I dont always seem to download the complete wav file but this worked for Lotusflow3r for me. The site is extremely busy so it is bound to have some problems. I love the way it looks.

I read it. But I think most other companies would still give you the money back (except one fee) if you were charged your membership fee several times. One is hardly going to sign up for a third or forth time and pay again.

True, I'm sure they will refund if you mistakenly join, and get charged, more than once.

I was responding to vanessabfly, who wanted to know if you can cancel your (single) membership at any time. lezama mistakenly said yes.
