Pretty much... but it's on the venue site (or the ticket seller, not live nation.. like for Montreal and Halifax it's EVENKO (2 only bugs of all the cities are with these.. Montreal no plan, Halifax VIP seats location not posted yet)...

and i don't understand how they are selling tickets on vipnation without showing the seat locations. don't people want to know where they will be seated before they buy tickets??

eye know... sigh

rolleyes well, like for Ottawa, I got a VIP ticket, I *know* where the VIP sections are located in the area because it shows on the PLAN but I don't know which seat I'll get until I'm there... confused

Yeah, I love Graffiti Bridge movie, so what? ''Oooooooooooh Montreal, say it!''

Ordered in between 10 and 10:30am:

London

Section 103 (right beside VIP). Total cost for two tickets $309 (Canadian, I believe)

Also picked up some cheap seats for both Toronto shows.

Friday:

Section 323, Row 13... $141 total for two tickets.

Saturday:

Section 321, Row 15... Same price as above.

I'm pretty happy so far! But yes, it can be a stressful experience trying to decide whether to keep your selection or try for something better.

How'd you get Section 103 for London? The seating chart shows that section closed? hmmm

I thought it was strange too, but I just checked again and saw seats available in 102. I also saw seats from 116 on sale:

Well, I just bought a 13th row seat in section 117 for Van, which looks to have a great view. I tried again, and was offered a 3rd row floor seat in Section E, but I have no idea which one that is. I have a feeling that I'll be able to see Prince better from section 117 anyway. Still, I am so tempted to buy the floor seat...

In NY you could select you VIP seats prior to booking. As you couldn't for this show I bit the bullet & booked a table. It's been a dream of mine to take my kids. At least this way i'll know they'll have room to dance.... what bull**** just fell from my mouth... I booked them because I want to lick the mans face...

I'm so tempted to get the table VIP right now (buying for Halifax at 3:00)—I know some say the view is limited, but I've seen him twice this year already, including W2America in NYC, so I'm really tempted to experience the tables for myself.

I know just how you feel. The VIP floor seats are amazing or terrible. I'd hate to pay $500 & be behind the loop of the symbol. I managed 3 NY shows & 1 NJ. One all of these he invited the table to dance on stage (i managed to sneak on one night) I'm hoping for a little f the same this time!

Good luck x

O.K., that's REALLY strange because at one point, I did request "Seats Beside or Behind the Stage" just to see what would happen and it came back with a message that said there were NO seats available! hmmm

I just called livenation. NO VIP seats or table numbers are available until you pick up the tickets at the show. They have also added tables to the vip section (based on the number available in NY) some of these tables are sh*t, at the back of the stage.... Thinkin this has something to do with my nerves.

hug I am SO glad I'm not the only one!! lol I just PANICKED and *knew* I could get one better. . .oh, well. doh! The Labatt Centre must be kinda small for the stage not to be in the middle of the floor. If the stage *was* in the middle, my seats would be perfect.

And, by the way, I would assume the scalpers already have all the prime side seats because they NEVER came up in the queue. mad

hmmm I had to look for an actual picture from the inside since i've never been.

This is probably what my view is going to be except I'm on this side ------>

Could someone give me some advice. Between another friend and myself, I ended up with 4 seats for Ottawa in sections 115 (O) and 107 (L).....AND also 4 floor seats in Section B - Row 4.

I have to sell one or the other - what should I do?

Thanks!

Called ahead to my local ticket master outlet-to see if I could buy tickets to the Victoria bc show-they said yes. I went down there and waited till 10 am to only find out that they cannot sell me any Victoria tickets. So, I came back home and bought them on line about 1040am. Crappy seats thanks to my local ticket master. Yes, there will be a few letters and e-mails written for that no excuse for mistake. Thanks to the dill hole who said yes I could buy the tickets there. (If you can buy tickets at the tickmaster locations you can pick seats-thus the reason for me going to ticketmaster.)

Did I mention that I have a pulled groin muscle and I have to use a walker to get around. So to say I'm not pleased is an understatement!!!

(This is me venting!!)

Thanks for all the great advice and tips, y'all!

I just picked up two tix for LONDON, section 7 on the floor, row J, seats 7/8. I'm not sure whether or not they start counting rows at AA at the very front, or if they start fresh at Row A in the section, but I think they're pretty decent seats. Cost was $309 for the pair, all in. I'll know exactly where we're sitting in the next couple of days.

In the meantime, I also have two tickets somewhere in sections 108-111. (Again, don't know where exactly.) The sightlines are probably better than the floors, but we'll lose some dancing room, I'm sure! I'm also encouraged by the fact that the Labatt Centre is a small venue (8,000 seats for hockey), and based on the photo posted here previously and the seat map, I'm guessing that the point of the symbol will come out to the start of the penalty boxes i.e. closer than in the photo of the typical Labatt Centre layout.

The bottom line is that I'm going to have ONE PAIR of tix to sell for the London concert, so if anyone is interested, drop me a line at contactross at rogers dot com!

BONUS: The pair that is in section 108-111 comes with a an invite to an exclusive pre-party invitation! Here's the description of the party:

Purple Rain Pre-party Package includes lower level ticket, live DJ and Funky Photo Booth, hot and cold appetizers served, 2 drinks per person. Grab your umbrellas and step into the ‘Purple Rain’!

Let out your inner Prince and come on out for an evening of all that is fabulous. Enjoy some delicious food and beverages while being entertained by a live DJ! This fabulous event will be held at Club Mansion located at 89 King Street, directly across the street from the John Labatt Centre and there is no better place to warm up your dance moves pre-show!

I think we paid something like $400 for the two tickets ($141.25+ each) and the party passes. Again, not sure which tickets we're parting with yet, but please let me know if I can be of any help to anyone! (I'm based in Toronto.)

Well it will suck a bit if I get seated in section 25 or 5, but I completed the order for Halifax W2C VIP Package in a personal record-time 2 minutes! So fingers crossed that it was fast enough for me to end up in section 23 or 7!

Well I picked up some floor seats for 150 apiece in Saskatoon, Row 8. I live in Calgary but a friend said he'd see him.

Then it's off to Edmonton for a VIP ticket by myself. The tables were already sold out, so I got the lower bowl VIP tix right beside the stage. I wanted that shirt! smile

I'll be by myself, but the show will be too great for me to be self conscious, lol.

Also, holy hell at Vancouver/Toronto VIP tables for 750 a ticket. That's insane. I thought the 525 in Edmonton was nuts.

Got my VIP Table tickets earlier this morning for the London JLC show.

Nice thing about this venue is that there are NO VIP tables behind the stage since the symbol stage is situated at the end of the arena and not the middle so we're guaranteed tables in front of the stage regardless!!!

Being from London I've been to the JLC many a time (just not for a concert) and there really isn't a bad seat in the house...but sometimes the acoustics is 'lacking'. My wife and daughter went to the Selena Gomez concert there last week and they were on the floor and the stage set-up wasn't that high, so I'm thinking that the W2C stage will be a somewhat scaled down version of the one used at bigger venues like the ACC and in Montreal.

If anyone wants any advice on where to stay or where to eat/drink before or after the concert let me know. The JLC is located dead smack in the middle of downtown and there are plenty of restaurants/bars across the street and around the corner from the venue. Parking is pretty plenty and easy to find within a few blocks of the JLC and cheap (you can park for for free at most street meters after 6PM!)

BTW...they opened up the lower and upper bowl seating behind the stage as well. Must mean that ticket sales are going well!

Cheers O(+->

I think you got me beat. Those darn seats must be going fast! I got section seven (which is what I was hoping for) and I was very happy until I noticed I was way back in row "s." Ah, well, I'm just excited that he is even coming to Halifax!

Yeah, I don't get the two-three weeks. Assuming that you are in Nova Scotia you should get them in two-three days, not weeks.
