Important question (well for me wink )

I'm planning to go to more than one show, and I would like to get one VIP package, just to experience it.

Based on previous tour(s) and since the VIP package aren't sell by the venues but by a specific site, are VIP Packages are always the same price no matter the venue of the 'demand' or is it like the tickets and the prices can change?

Meaning if VIP are all at the same price, it would be logical for me to take it for the Montreal concert since the tickets are almost twice the price as the others cities I might be going....

Anybody can answer that?

And do we know the VIP prices in advance at some point.. because the tickets aren't on sale at the same time nor on the same day... so if I buy a VIP package for example for Halifax and the day after realise that Montreal VIP was the sme price... thatwould suck cause I would buy a ticket for Montreal when it's really expensive...

And, finally, what was the cost of VIP like in the last tour?

Thank you if you can help me with that! heart

Yeah, I love Graffiti Bridge movie, so what? ''Oooooooooooh Montreal, say it!''

Here's the seating chart for Toronto from the Ticketmaster site:

Seating Chart

Hi, could someone explain what I could expect/it means : floor tables and/or floor seats?

I am not familiar with this kind of tickets/seating (so far it's not used in Europe).

Txs.

presuming its the same as Madison sq gardens: VIP table seats are right beside the stage, as in you can touch the stage. VIP Floor seats are maybe 20 ft from stage maybe a-k rows. After this, yo all behind the barrier. I personally think the VIP seats have better views. The Circle/ table is too close to see him through the whole show.

Good luck & have a GREAT night.

Hey back at ya! I remeber the two of you from the Hamilton show. In fact I was just talking about you and your "hat" to the gals in the office yesterday. It's Cindy (the line control freak) and Jerry (dancing on stage with P to the 2 and the 4). I can't remember your names. It's hard to beleive that was 7 long years ago. Maybe we can plan on meeting up before the show in London somewhere for a drink? Counting down the days!!!

Hey Cindy...I remember you...didn't Jerry where teh Bermuda shorts that P made fun of?

Our names were (and still are) Gus and Angela.
Let us know and maybe we can hook up!

Congrats to Angela for winning the tickets! You're absolutely right - just before calling Jerry up on stage he said "hey you in the Bermuda Shorts". I just booked us in at the Delta Armouries. And we MUST meet up before the concert!

1000txs. I may indeed decide and follow some of the recommendations given here for the VIP Seat "lower bowl" instead of the tables. Once I figure out what lower bowl means for Toronto. wink

and where there will be beside of course when the rates are known. May be a regular floor seat is an alternative. All confusing if you never have been to an venue before.

We're traveling from NY, takingm y son (6) to his first Prince show. After reading more into the presales... ive now settled on getting the best seats I can. I was hoping to get a table seat, seeing as I'll have 2 children with me (daughter 8 2nd show) however, i think these seats will be running into $1000's.

After all, it's a Prince show, there isn't a bad seat in the house smile

Hmmm… I thought only the table VIP had to be bought in pairs (so $750x2). I'm pretty sure the $500 could be purchased as singles.

Are these AmEx presales, like another Orger was wondering, or available somewhere else? Where does one find these presales, when they happen?

Well, for Amex, you'd need to register to the American Express Front of the Line, and if you have Prince as your favourite on your LiveNation profile, in theory you should get an email telling you when the presale is along with a code to enter. For some reason, I've had trouble receiving those emails, but found the presale codes online… on this forum.

hotels!!

i would recommend not staying right downtown toronto to save some cash since you're aleady gonna be speding that on merchandise and tix.

stay close on the subway line that way it'd just be the subway down to the the ACC.

TTC cost $3 bucks each way or you can purchase a day pass and ride that mafakaaa all day long.

do not stay near the airport, is way to far from the ACC and will be a bitch to get there unless you're already driving up here from the states.

travelzoo.ca always has really good hotel deals. sign up and they'll send you a list every wednesday for instance the delta chelsea downtown had a pomo for $89 a night. sometimes you'll get deals for the sheraton, fairmont and westin- all downtown but pricey otherwise.

if you need help, PM me. I'll definitey try to help. i was in minni in october and was lost like mofoo so i know how it feels. good luck!

Look at the Seating legend to the bottom left of the seating chart;it gives you the color of the seating. The floor tables (gold color) are closer to the stage than the floor seats (sea blue color).

Best seats probably in 101-107 and 120-120. you'l have a better overal look on the stage.

Seating Chart

For the Toronto shows, I think 107-108 and 119-120 looks like the lower level seats, but even the ones above the red seats 207-208 and 219-220 (the turquooise blue color section 200 shown on the legend only), looks like good views too.

I bet the seats numbered under '100' will probably be the floor seats to the 'raised' floor seats. It seems the lower-level seats starts from

section 101 - section 122.

This is a 360 degree Center stage image at the ACC in Toronto;assuming that's how it will be set up, since according to the seating chart, the symbol stage will be in the center of the floor.
