stubhub is legit and guaranteed. if for some reason the ticket doesn't work, is fake, or whatever the reason may be, they have connections and will get you tickets as good or better. they have the seller's information and will charge the seller whatever amount stubhub has to pay in order to get you into the show.

i personally have never had a problem buying from their site.

I've used Stubhub as well and haven't had a problem.

Got loge seats on StubHub when we needed to and sold an extra ticket there, all without incident. Dislike some of the gouge-y pricing from people who probably couldn't care less about the artist or the music, but what can you do?

Same Here, never had a problem with tickets from that site, and they do have the buyer's back, but only used when desparate. With 6 shows in the last month including the jazz @ HOB, I'm not desparate. But, for those that are, you can get in the PIT for $65 out the door right now on SchlubHub.

This seems to be the longest I've seen them hold on to those pricey seats before dropping....

I have a hunch they'll start dropping at 5pm.

Let's hope so!

hahaha, go search craigslist for prince tix. some of the headlines are hilarious. "don't wait!!!"

there is one "owner", which is actually an agency, that i called earlier, who has gone down from $150 to $50 for the tix.

The suspense is killing me! I wonder how many of us are waiting (hoping) for it... In the past I watched it happen but did not take advantage of it, and now that I want to I am concerned that it won't... ugh!... and then the fun of fighting Memorial Day wknd traffic...

I won't, not the super gouge-y ones. I bought loge there, late in the day, for pretty close to face for an earlier show this tour. My verbal shrug was more about wishing there were some kind of limit so that tickets would go for something near the price the artist/managment/producer/venue intended instead of enriching somebody who adds no value other than "saving" them for the highest bidder. I am all for free enterprise, but I dislike this particular expression of it, you know?

hmm. the $70 tix aren't available on ticketmaster either. hate for people who waited til the bitter end to get shafted out of tix. hopefully the tix drop fairy will release tix for y'all soon!

Promoters seems to be re restrategizing? Will they drop the $55's first, and then the VIPs?

I know there are still "good" seats left but I wonder if sales have been strong enough (since these have been on sale for quite a while) that they won't drop?

There's a super tiny/slim chance I'll be able to get to maybe tomorrow or Sunday's show so I'm using today to see how things go... if there are any major drops.

I'm still holding out hope for shows into June (and still in the LA area!) which I should have a better chance to get to one...

LOL. Great minds... I don't want to go that bad tonight, but I do want to go at least once this weekend, if that makes sense. But twice I've gotten sick VIP for $25—including the night with Stevie—so I can't justify paying more (or even the same) for not great seats.

There's always Thor.

Floor E? What the... the they put seats in the Purple Pit. Floor J and E aren't on the chart. Not buying seats w/o knowing location.

If you look at some of the other seating charts (for the original shows) they do have floor sections through J; I wonder if the Purple Pit morphed back to a seated area?

Still don't think I'd want to sit there, you're behind much of the show for much of the time... I'd like to go again but not just to watch everyone from the back!
