I phoned directly to Mojo Concerts for more information, around the time of the pressrelease about postponing the sales.

I was told that the chaos was caused by a technical failure somewhere in Europa and the combination of a great demand for Prince tickets. So Tuesday everything should be better.

We will see...

Ticketmaster have always been shit - i remember the same shit when the London 02 tix went on sale, always a nitemare..

Although to be fair Prince SHOULD have SOME KIND of web platform to sell priority tickets direct to the real/hardcore fans (us), but thats an entirely different can of worms lol

thanks for the info. Let's hope for better luck on Tuesday! For me it will be more difficult cause I'm at work then and can't just sit around and wait for the site to work ... oh well, still have to be hopeful.

that is a brilliant idea! Maybe someone can tell Prince? dr.Funkenberry maybe??? Let's revamp the NPGMC shall we?

I am so glad I got through around noon today and all the tickets are in my mailbox... feel sorry for the fans who haven't been so lucky (yet! - stay positive).

That's exactly what I did today. Got ticks so it costs my boss only one day.

I got my confirmation for my tickets a few hours ago, while still being part of the ticketmaster-fiasco.

I called 0031-10-5927125, which is an official retailer, mentioned to me by mojo concerts/live nation this morning. you may want to give them a call. good luck!

This was a farce today. London 2007 was the last time I was so frustrated over tickets. Don't know if I'll get away with another day at work frantically refreshing.

Which number did u use? the 31 number says they have had to stop Prince tickets and will resume Tuesday..

I called the 0900# around 2pm, was the 15th in line waiting on the phone and got two tickets for saturday

You're welcome but credits go to Nonesuch, he provided the regular phone number of Ticketbastard that did not make Ticketmaster rich this morning. How many people called the 0,45 eurocent a minute number this morning? I paid about 8 euro's and I am sure I was not the only one calling, I tried for about an hour to get into the waiting line and when you are in that line you start to pay. They made a lot of money by keeping people on hold while their ticket system was down. What a load of old crap this organisation is.

Just got an confirmation email from Ticketmaster and I paid for my tickets by Ideal. They will be send by post. This morning when they picked up the phone and placed my booking on 00 31 10 5927125 they answered with: Ticketmaster. I could only pay by Ideal, I called again an hour ago to ask about when I could expect my confirmation mail and then they answered with: Nationale Theaterkassa, she said I should not call this number from inside the Netherlands, because it is a creditcard number for foreigners. The fucking liberty. But she did confirm my order.

Yeah well, was able to get tickets by email via TicketMaster around 14:00 h and got the conformation email about 3,5 hours later so I would't worry to much about it.

Anyone knows about the seats (layout of the venue) really?
I got tickets, it says first ring entrance west, standing.

Are there standing tickets other then " floor" tickets? Never saw that
before anywhere.

Those BLUE bars are standing tickets behind the first ring, those are actually great tickets in this stadium .

The stage is probably closer to the left, so the arena will be samller then you see here.

Only got for sunday.. standing ticket ..

I hope I can get the others as well, next week..

So what you are telling me is that I have great tickets now?, I'll tell my girl that, she managed to get these tickets today through TM after 3,5 hours of trying.

No no, sorry what I'm saying is that we got the tickets through TM (on the site) but they were send to me by email as printable tickets in .pdf format, sorry if I confused you.
