I agree, and i hope if there is a show tonight, and people are lucky enough to attend, that they have a good time.

Well, it's 6pm and no info on price/time of show (if there really is one). Some orgers are out there trying to find out info, but so far, no one on line can give them any solid info.

Those issues seem to be that Macca's crew were setting up his gear for tomorrow's show (per a Moquake member).

Try calling the venue first next time, eh Prince ?

I posted a couple of posts up that Paul McCartney is on schedule for tomorrow night 12/13 for a private event at the Apollo. If P can't do the show tonight, maybe he could try for 12/14 at the Apollo, since it seems the Apollo calendar is clear on 12/14 and nothing else on the calendar starting 12/17 up until Xmas.

Well fickyt, ya never know, maybe he'll find another club tomorrow or Tuesday night before the IZOD shows, to do a purple warm-up. They'll be a lot of fans flying in tomorrow and Tuesday for the 12/15 shows.

The security guard at the Apollo said Prince is going to come out and play a song with Paul tomorrow night.

No idea if that's true or not, but that's what he said.

Ive been alseep all day on this lazy rainy Sunday and I saw that last tweet from Prince_Live and came right here. If the show was happening tonight I'd have goten dressed and taken my ass down there IMMEDIATELY since I'm pretty close to the theater. Perhaps he'll chose another venue. Clearly tomorrow's out, unless he does his set after Macca does his. Which would kick ass and be a nice little warm up for the Welcome to America shows. Guess we'll have to wait and see.

Yea the security people at the Apollo came out and told us that Paul had a 95 piece setup onstage and he doesnt know how Prince was suppose to Perform with that setup already onstage

Well...looks like we're all suffering from some purple fever. Can you imagine if the show at the Apollo had actually went down, and he played "Lay Down" how the roof would have been pumping off the joint? The Apollo would have had to replace the roof in the morning. Just sayin'

I heard about that. Scary. Good thing no one got hurt or at least I hope they didn't. Looks like Minny had some blizzard. NY used to get those type blizzards years ago, but thank goodness I haven't seen snow like what's in Minne for sometime now during NY winters. The weather here is rainy today, and will be raining off and on, on Tuesday/Wednesday, but should clear by Thursday, and temperatures in the mid 30s and falling to mid 20s in the evening.

Banks, I wasn't at the Apollo tonight standing on line. I never left my house tonight to go there, so I think you meant to reply to someone else. But thanks for checking things out for us, when you went down to the Apollo.
