It's been a fantastic 3 days!
I got into Sydney on Sunday and spent the day with an old school mate and stayed at his flat. I got searched at the airport. BASTARDS!!!!! Why me? I don't look like a terrorist.
We went out on a pub crawl at night so that I could get the memory of me being violated at the airport out of my head.....so you know how that went.
Monday comes round and it's time to meet Byron. I took the train to Central Station, knowing that his hotel is around the corner, but as soon as I got off.....I realised I DIDN'T know where it was. Took a bit of walking and asking strangers for directions, but I finally get there. I ring him and he tells me the room number.....but I have to give him 10 mins so that he can take a shower.
So I head on up and knock on his door. Nothing! I hear someone making noises in there, but they don't asnswer the door. What the hell!!!!! I just realise I'm knocking on someones elses door and I've got the room number all mixed up! Byron's door is 10 rooms down to my right and I think I hear someone coming to the door! RUN!!!!!
Ok! I'm at the right door now and I don't think the old lady saw me.
Byron answers the door.....half dressed!!!!!
After a quick change.....we head off to meet Natisse at The Harbour. Byron and I walked the 20 mins to The Harbour so we got to talk and get to know each other along the way. Most of you that have already met Byron will know this, but what a great guy! We got along great and he's no different than what he's like here on the org.
We both meet Natisse, for the first time, and a lovely girl as well! We deside that we'll have a few drinks at the pub while we wait for Diva and my school mate to show up.
For someone who doesn't drink much, Byron sure does like Australian beer.
We have about 4 beers there, during this time Byron gets accosted and blessed by a drunk and my friend shows up. Diva rings and we arrange to meet up at The Rocks (historical part of Sydney).
We're all standing round talking whehn Diva shows up and instantly starts hugging us all. Another lovely girl! Now that the group is complete we head off to a pizza shop and go inside for dinner.
It's very surreal meeting people that you know, but haven't seen before. We talked about the org, orgers, Prince, Australia, ourselves and just about anything under the sun. lol
More beer flowed and we walked around Sydney to show Byron the sites. The night ended in annother pub before we all said goodbye. My friend had his car so we dropped Natisse off at the train station, Byron at his hotel and Diva at home.
Fantastic night!
I met up with Byron and Natisse for lunch the next day and had to say goodbye so that I could catch my plane.
I think Byron had a good time. He was amazed at how many tall, beautiful women there are in Australia. I think he wants to live here now.
I have some photos on my camera from the weekend that I've still got to load up. I just have to make sure I'm allowed to use some of them.

cool review Allistair!!!!! it WAS a fantastic night, and I really enjoyed it and all your company!!! I've said it before and I'll say it again - Prince fams are the BEST!!!!! (and thier friends LOL - Ian is a lovely guy too)

next time we need to get more Sydney fams together from the NPG and org - there are heaps of us around!!!
