I have underactive thyroid and it’s really crap because the weight gain was getting out of control - so I started to chang my diet about a month ago and can already see results / my energy levels have increased dramatically- so that’s a positive

Well, your health is #1, obviously. You are going through withdrawal. It will pass, but it sucks in the interim. You should find something to replace that habit, because habits are never broken, they're replaced. You could read, meditate (with or without aromatherapy to calm your body), maybe try some teas, or even a healthy juicing or smoothie.

i drink a lot of coffee too but i know it isn't good for me. compared to other addictions it's not too bad but i'm sure i'd have problems if i quit.

Sometimes they give it to hospital patients to raise their blood pressure... I had to work late and had two cups instead of my usual one--now, I'll probably be up after midnight... Can't drink the stuff like I used to--even Arabica bean.

Sometimes they give it to hospital patients to raise their blood pressure... I had to work late and had two cups instead of my usual one--now, I'll probably be up after midnight... Can't drink the stuff like I used to--even Arabica bean.
