Art Bell dies

Coast To Coast AM radio host, Art Bell has died at 72.

https://www.reviewjournal...ies-at-72/

I used to love listening to him in the wee hours while driving home from gigs back in the day.

Not dead, not in prison, still funkin'...

Oh, that´s too bad. May he rest in peace . I never had the chance to listen to his program, only indirectly (when he was mentioned in some obscure YT videos dealing with paranormal stuff or when I listened to snippets from his show).

It was a dream of mine to drive from coast to coast one day while listening to his show.

I found him much calmer and more listenable than Alex Jones, who for some reason seems to freak out very easily.

I don't really remember him talking politics much, other than a general distrust of government which yes I can identify with... wink

Mostly I remember him talking about aliens, bigfoot, conspiracies... lots of "X-Files" types stuff. I loved listening to callers, some sounded so believable and some were hilariously kooky. Fun times! lol

lol Unless you are imagining things, no it doesn't. I merely found the program highly entertaining. The show made me laugh, it didn't make me paranoid that the sky was falling.

I watched The X-Files every week, too, but I never thought it was a documentary... lol lol
