Life cycle of a meme

Life cycle of a meme:

creation: a meme is born. Some memes are strong, and will survive the first time of their lives alone, but the weak fizzle and die.

Dankness: the meme has become powerful and produces many children. This is the prime of it's life.

Normification: the meme becomes common and cheap, being whored out to the rabble.

Death. With the lucky memes, they see a few dank children rise from the mists of time as they slip into death from old age, but many die of unnatural causes, such as cancer from buzzfeed or a bullet from BTM.

Resurrection: if a meme had achieved a certain level of legendary status during it's life, this meme can never truly die. It will ascend to the next plane of existence, and will come back to inhabit other forms, and will continue to exist as long as there are memes to be made, and dankness to be achieved.
