not sure that it is new. I know they have used Purple Alert days for ozone days that is a higher risk than RED "Keep on shilling for Big Pharm!" |

Not new at all. Purple and red have been used for harsher storm cells and activity. It's just really rare that it's that bad and needs to be used. "  don’t really care so much what people say about me because it is a reflection of who they r." |
