The 11am hour @ MSNBC is not the same without Tamron...I like all the anchors at MSNBC but Tamron definitely gave you that morning-fix...They should have offered her more money on top of the original offer....If you gotta pay to keep Talent then do it..... |

I don't think she'll have any problem getting a new job. I seen last night on ET, that maybe she could be the co-host with Kelly Ripa, but it wasn't being considered at this time. |

Tamron SHOULD be able to find work anywhere but that's not the Reality for a person of Color in Cable & Broadcast TV News.
Soledad O'brien SHOULD have gotten offers from all the Broadcast TV & Cable News Networks but that never happened...Soledad is getting paid by doing independent journalism/reporting...I'm a fan of the HBO hit Sport's show Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel..Soledad is a regular investigative journalist/reporter..Yes, we still see her but she should be anchoring a show...
Let's not forget Tamron CHOSE to say NO to a Sweet Multi-Million-Multi-Year Contract...After 10yrs on NBC/MSNBC she more than earned the offer they put on the table...We never hear of ANY Women of Color making MEGA Bucks in Broadcast News..
Tamron is probably gonna write a book...If we don't see her on TV over the next 3 to 5yrs I hope she explains why she left NBC if another competitive offer was not on the table...She does not owe anyone an explanation but her loyal fans wanna know what happened... |

Ms Hall is a highly talented and overall great person. With her skills and positivity, she will continue to contribute and accomplish so much more: author, speaker, academe, philanthropist, advocate, etc. Unrestrained from corporate network news, she has no limit. |
