Where do you stand with the Coach Pop practice of resting important players?

I think Lue ought to sit LBJ down for a week. Wins in February and March don't really mean
that much, especially in the sorry-ass East.

i agree... certain teams have earned the right to do that, based on their conference record...if they can afford to do it, so be it

It's terrible for the league, in that a lot of fans in out-of-conference markets miss out on the opportunity to see the Spurs' stars.

But it's great for the Spurs, as it's lengthened the careers of their star players and kept them rested for the real season in the spring.

I say Pop should keep doing it until the league stops him (and they can't, really).

I think Lue ought to sit LBJ down for a week. Wins in February and March don't really mean that much, especially in the sorry-ass East.

They're not catching GS and maybe not even SA, so they can't be focused on homecourt in June.

That said, the Celts are on their tail for homecourt in the Eastern Finals, so I don't think they can completely shut it down.

A week before the All-Star shenanigans, Lue ought to sit LBJ down.

In my opinion, it's somebody in Anthony's camp who is spreading the rumor that LBJ is asking for the
Love trade in an effort to save face for Anthony who is now worth a bag of chips as far as trade value
is concerned.

It makes no sense......Cavs need a true PG and a rim protector.
