No reason for cassettes to come back they sound bad always have. Even my tape transfters to WAV...no...

Warner Brothers plan to re-release four Prince cassettes in the near future... One of them is Purple Rain... I have no idea what are the other three... we'll wait and see...Cassettes never sounded bad... unless you have or had a bad quality tape deck or a crappy soundcard on your PC? High quality tape decks and soundcards work the best and trust me... I know what I am talking about smile

I hate that a couple smaller local bands I like have released music exclusively on cassette (with no available mp3s,yet). I still have a walkman hanging around somewhere, but I don't want to dust that off to hear an album. mad
