With over 20 years experience, a PMP certificate is not adding much that I dont already have and strikes me as some unnecessary bullshit when HR people make it a requirement.

Going to bed now but I'll try to remember to PM you tomorrow. I do have the same years of experience and my PMP. I thought I misread the title of this thread for a second because I'm also PiMP certified
