Signs that bring comfort

I was hanging in nature yesterday, privately celebrating my late Mom's birthday. I looked up and took a picture right as the sun broke through the leaves. When I looked at the picture, my heart warmed at the sight of a red-haloed Orb. My mom was a redhead and I felt it was a "hello" of sorts.

Then I noticed the leaves under the Orb and it took my breath away. Maybe these Geminis joined forces to remind me that its all going to be OK...

I never meant to cause you any sorrow...

Very cool!

The following days after Prince's death , i noticed a purple flower in my front garden on it's own and honestly never noticed it before then. Wish i had taken a pic of it. sad lost both my mum and dad and sometimes i have to look twice when i see someone who walked liked my parents it freaks me out. Sorry to put a downer on things. Mercurybebe your mum is a angel looking out for you. Peace to you.

I'm so sorry you've lost your parents, it is such a hard thing to go through. I think his death is so disturbing to me because I'm just so raw. Even though it's been 2 years since my mom passed, the grief can come out of nowhere. I can barely listen to the end of purple rain without crying. So much of his music was my childhood and it hurts.

But then little things like the green leaves turning purple in my photo and I feel so comforted. Magic still exists.

Yes, it comes in waves, it ambushes you. It's only been two years for you, others who haven't lost their Mum may think that's a long time. hug
