At any age...we can undertake... Cognitive Behavioural Therapy...

CBT is about change - I was once told a beautiful insight by a physically disabled person - "I happen to be physically disabled...but everybody is disabled, only sometimes you don't see it...some are physically like me...some are mentally...some are emotionally...some are spiritually...but we are all disabled"

Life is all about change...looking for the Ladder...

I love speaking with older people....because never have I heard the same story twice

Each person starts at point A...and goes through the alphabet to point Z

A 20yr old is different at 30

A 30yr old is different at 40

A 40yr old is different at 60

A 60yr old is different at 70

Life interrupts best laid plans and it flows... "be like water" - Bruce Lee

We change what we can...and accept what we can't

And people whenever they walk in and out of our lives - are like winds in our sails

So yes, absolutely...positively...100%...life changes constantly

Yesterday is gone...tomorrow is unknown...today is a gift...and that is why is called the "present"

What did the psychiatrist say to the naked man?
Well, I can clearly see your nuts. biggrin
