fred12	How can spouse get ALIMONY????????? Just curious to find out, how can a spouse receive alimony when a divorce is finalized..If the spouse, who is getting alimony, doesn't work but can work and gets assistance from Public Housing and gets vouchers to pay bills..and the other spouse doesnt have that great of a job..comments please.......

That involves a lawyer, not public opinion.

If money is an issue then check your local Legal Aid society.
