I have a serious problem, I wash my hands A LOT. like 10 times a day and when I wash them sometimes I feel like I have to wash again cuz there not clean enough. I've washed my hands so much that I need lotion cuz my hands are so dry. Can anybody help me out with advice on how not to be like this? I've been washing my hands like this for the past 5 years

Why don't u try using hand sanitiser? It doesn't dry your hands that much and some brands come with moisturiser

Other than that use soap free products especially made for dry skin

Also u must go to the bathroom a lot to be needing to wash heaps or r u OCD ???

I have the same problem wash my hands all the time. All the washing has washed away the natural protective barrier so they can dry and sore easy. I work at a nursery and bring in my own soap to use its a E45 cream wash. If you are worried about germs try to find a anti bacterial wash that is quite moisturising and as gentle as possible.

10 times a day is a lot? lol my hands must be clean at all times! I wash them quite a bit too

I do not think you have OCD. If you washed your
hands every five minutes, that would be
defined as OCD.
