This Rashida Jones-produced documentary looks at the amateur porn industry and the young women it attracts as performers.

Directed by Jill Bauer and Ronna Gradus, Hot Girls Wanted looks at the lives of several 18- and 19-year-olds and how they were recruited — plus how reality stacks up against their expectations as they decided to pursue this line of work.

The feature debuted at this year’s Sundance Film Festival where it was picked up by Netflix. Bauer, Gradus and editor Brittany Huckabee also serve as producers.

Hot Girls debuted today on the streaming service and will also be shown on Netflix in Europe.

When I met Erik Everhard years ago on Hollywood Boulevard we had a cup of coffee and he was nothing butt nice to me. We talked about muscle cars and Indonesian food and diffrent engine types and weather he likkes the new Ford Mustanfg or the Charger....he told me it´s all about the low compreshion motor. becuz the truth is that you may be able to get away with boost for a littel while, butt it will eventally kill the car. Put your money toward building a strong foundashion for the rest of the car. Take your time and build sumthing up you can be proud of. In a few yearss maybe you'll have a second more reliablecar and you can get wild with this one. butt, onestly, i think Fords suck ass ...then again..i luv me sum 70s Fords...espeshially some of those Mustangs..butt sum of those suck ass too...we all know that...right?


Maybe you don't need a forged crank and rods now, butt it would be nice to have later. what I´m saying is that sometimes you live with regrets because of the things you didn´t do rather than what you did.

I know some chicks who did DP and have regrets and I kmnow some chicks who did DP and have no regrets...

some people enter the porn industry expecting the expected and being concious of the pros/cons, and some people don't; just as some pornstars know how to save/invest their earnings while some pornstars don't
