I don't think scat is a Fetish. These are people with psychological disorders/issues with sex

equating Shit to Sex, and it is totally unhealthy.

And sex with animals... it's abuse, I strongly doubt the animal even knows what is happening in the way a human being sexually molested/assaulted does. People help to inseminate animals and I doubt the animal finds it sexual or sees it as mating. But for people to have sex of any kind with animals is a mental issue.
