It's a legend... The excess, the celebrity, deals were made, careers made, maaad sex, drugs & disco... Way before my time but I know of it... They set the bar incedibly high...
all other clubs since then have wanted to BE this club...

there are some really good documentaries on THE club they will definately answer the questions for you don't watch any movies on them, they don't do it any justice

1970s maybe into the mid 1980s was last really eras where famous people could party/dance etc openly with other people 1970s was just a special time by itself
