Thanks again everyone
I spoke to my children, they both seem to not care one way or the other. My daughter leans more to not being interested.
The hard part will now be to break the news to their father, he tends to retaliate when he doesn't get his way.
I will tell him what Babynoz suggested about lifting his mother up in a prayer circle. Talking about this has helped with my anger. I appreciate the time everyone took to respond. I guess I do want her to have peace, but she will need to get that without invovling my children.
Sadly, I know this is all his doing, he kept us apart from his family, and robbed my kids of love from his grandmother and maybe wants to make this up to her before she passes away. Well, that is only his burden to bear because he made it so.
I will also seek therapy so I don't take a bat to his knees when he comes around ... when ever that may be.
I pray I find Chantal, (my kids older sister) and work on fixing that broken bond while fond memories can still be made.
